How do I place a custom order?

Please get in touch with the below information for a quote.

  1. Full name
  2. Address 
  3. Email address
  4. Phone number including area code 
  5. Product code you are interested in eg. K1300
  6. Required measurements (height x width x depth in mm)
  7. Wood stain or hand-painted finish (see swatches, wood stain here and paint here)
  8. Material of choice, if required (see swatches, velvet here and linen and tweed here)

Can I provide my own design ideas?

Absolutely! We welcome your design ideas and will work with you to bring your vision to life.

What type of wood do you use?

Our solid wood furniture is made from mango wood with a variety of wood stain or hand-painted finishes. We use the wood from trees that have finished their commercial life producing mangoes; this means that we are using waste material that would otherwise have to be burnt to make room for new saplings.

What is the typical lead time for custom furniture?

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project, but on average, it can range from 12-16 weeks. Get in touch for a more accurate timeline.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of bespoke orders, unfortunately they can not be cancelled once in process or returned. We take great care to ensure your satisfaction, we are sure you will love your unique piece!

Where is your furniture produced?

We are an East London based business and our furniture is hand-made by skilled Artisans in Jaipur, India. Once your order has been produced it will be shipped to one of our distribution centres below, depending on where you live. It will then be handed over to our partner couriers for delivery.
